~Regular Baking Schedule~


All of our breads are made on location with fresh and wholesome ingredients, organic flour, and sea salt. Ingredient lists are available on all breads. We have several wheat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan, and yeast free breads to choose from. We are happy to take orders and requests. Any daily bread can be made into dinner buns or kaisers -- 6 minimum.


Monday: San Francisco Sourdough (V), Multigrain (V), Squirrelly, Sourdough Spelt with or w/o seeds (V, WF, YF), Kamut Multigrain (V, WF), and Sourdough Rye (V), Gluten Free Pumpernickel (not baked in a gluten free facility) (WF) (GF). 
                                                              Bakers Choice: Whole Wheat Brown Rice Sourdough (V) and/or Country French (V).

Tuesday: San Francisco Sourdough (V), Multigrain (V), Flaxseed Rye, Regular Spelt (V, WF), Sourdough Kamut with or w/out seeds (V, WF, YF), and Whole Wheat Oat (V).

Wednesday: San Francisco Sourdough (V), Multigrain (V), Sourdough Spelt/Kamut Combo with Seeds (V, WF, YF), Sourdough Rye (V), and Kamut/Oat/Flax (V, WF).                                      Bakers Choice: European Rye (V, WF, YF) and/or Canadian Country Maple (V).

Thursday: Buttermilk, Multigrain (V), Squirrelly, Spelt Multigrain (V, WF), Sourdough Kamut with or w/out seeds (V, WF, YF), and New York Style Sourdough Rye (V).

Friday: San Francisco Sourdough (V), Multigrain (V), Flaxseed Rye, Sourdough Spelt with or w/o seeds (V, WF, YF), Kamut Challah (WF), and Whole Wheat Oat (V).                                                Bakers Choice: Challah and/or Valley Slow Bread). 

Saturday: San Francisco Sourdough (V), Multigrain (V), Sourdough Rye (V), Regular Spelt (V, WF), Sourdough Kamut with or w/out seeds (V, WF, YF), and Squirrelly, Gluten Free with or w/out seeds (WF) (GF) (not baked in a gluten free facility)                                                                            Bakers Choice: Broa (V), Ciabatta (V) or Desem (V).

WF: Wheat Free* V: Vegan  YF: Yeast Free GF: Gluten Free*

*GF and WF Breads are NOT baked in GF or WF facilities

Please Note: 

-To ensure that your favorite bread is available, we recommend that you place your order ahead of time. 
-Orders for Ciabatta and Desem need to be placed by Wednesday for Saturday pickup.
- Baker’s choice breads are not always made, to ensure availability please place orders ahead of time. 
-Buttermilk Cinnamon Swirl is made only on Thursdays – on any other day, you can pre order Cinnamon Swirl Bread made from any type of bread made that day.
